I must confess...

Keith Hamilton Cobb has left Andromeda, and to say the leat I'm totally not happy about it! Tyr was "the greatest" character on that show! So I was doubly frustrated when his departure from the show was handled so poorly. He just seemed to fade away, with Dylan asking if they are friend or foe... the two are drawn together, and yet Tyr's betrayal of the ship, her crew, and most importantly her Captain, didn't seem to hurt many feelings -- and Dylan was still asking Tyr to stay. It just felt odd, and so pointless.

But, the true confession is that I couldn't be happier! Tyr's departure, disappointing though it is, has landed Keith Hamilton Cobb in Genoa City on the Young and the Restless! Which happens to be one of two soaps I fast forward through on a regular basis! So I can't wait to slow down for Keith Hamilton Cobb 5 days a week!

Home from another road trip!

I spent 4 days up in Ft. Worth, Texas, and ran a few errands over in Dallas before heading south once more. For those who say 35W through Ft. Worth is faster than 35E through Dallas I have to agree! Of course I think the fact an 18 wheeler was in a major accident on 35E and managed to close all 4 lanes of traffic and shut down the entire freeway Northbound and Southbound may have something to do with the fact it was a long slow drive home, but the fact remains, I'd have gotten hom faster if I'd taken 35W.
