Thanks to that clever invention the VCR!

I'm slowly but surely catching up on TV shows, just watched the premier of I'm With Her -- okay, it's been on the air forever, but I just saw it on tape and really enjoyed it. Might even tune in again from time to time as it was better than I expected. Had a lot of the easy to anticipate stuff that sitcoms are known for, but still, was a fun way to spend 22 commercial free minutes.

(And as a Young and the Restless viewer it was GREAT FUN to see Cody as the "Movie Star" in the bit they watched on TV. He looked fabulous as a Movie Star, might have even found a role the actor should aim to be typecast in.)

Nice slow weekend leading into a nice slow week.

There are times when I like the nice slow life.

I've still got hundreds of photos to color balance, organize and post -- but somehow nothing seems pressing when the weather is so delightful, and somehow it feels as though I can catch up on life at my own pace.

Okay, so I've got a lot of deadlines about to press in -- but they aren't today, and the beautiful weather is... it is enough to make this particular writer wish we could put Saturday and Sunday on whatever day of the week we chose.
