A surprising discovery.
I was reading today about Gluten Free Communion, and was surprised to discover that not all denominations are cool with it. Thankfully, mine is!
On a less serious note -- I'm catching up on back episodes of Passions... and while I will agree with those who say that Gwen has returned to her "better" behavior since LIza Huber's return, I can't say I think that character has been redeemed in my eyes. It is not just that she went along with her mother's plans that ended up ruining Ethan... but there is something else I can't place my finger on that makes me love to hate this poor little rich girl. (Who Liza Huber plays quite well!)

The holidays are a wonderful time of year.
During the past few days I've talked with friends who live far away, and enjoyed exchanging gifts with family members who are never far from my heart! It is a tremendous amount of fun to find a gift that lights a loved one up and makes them smile from ear to ear.
I hope one and all have had a wonderful holiday.

Okay, not only was the pizza a success, but tonight I ended up at a local church doing a communion sevice -- and they had Gluten Free bread for folks like me with Celiac Disease! How very cool.

It may not be a traditional Christmas eve meal, but tomorrow night I plan to try my first Gluten and Casein free pizza.
After 10 months of going without, I look forward to a blast from the past. At least I hope it will taste like a blast from the past!
